Avoid buying Resto Shot IF POSSIBLE (Higher MMR = less likely.) 4.8k gun investment power spike is very important and lets you dominate lane with Rain of Arrows. Proc Kinetic Dash then press Rain of Arrows. Mostly AFK farm until all 3k items, throw birds for team, fight if nearby or if you can boost back to base to get there. Buy Dispel Magic as soon as they get knockdown for you, Unstoppable if they have 2-3 knockdowns / stuns, or if they are focusing you with lockdown ults like Lash, Rem, Dynamo, etc.

Gun Talon is insanely OP. In the early lane, focus on not dying and waiting on T2 upgrade on Rain of Arrows and Kdash. Farm up in the midgame and once you get the core of Glass Cannon/Burst fire/Lucky shot you are a threat that rivals none. Talon has insane range so you have so much agency in fights to pump out damage.
